Forensic Exam Program Coordinator
Employment Type: Regular, Variable-hour position
Schedule: 25–35 hours per week; schedule may vary based on program needs

Cardinal Point is seeking a Forensic Exam Program Coordinator to assist in the development, coordination, and support of forensic exam services for individuals who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, and/or strangulation throughout Canadian County.
This position will work closely with hospitals, medical professionals, law enforcement, the District Attorney’s Office, Cardinal Point partner agencies, and victim advocacy programs to strengthen the coordinated community response for survivors. The role includes supporting the development of Cardinal Point’s Forensic Exam Program, assisting with policies and procedures, coordinating forensic nursing support, providing training and education, and supporting trauma-informed client care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the creation and development of the Forensic Exam Program.
- Support SANE and DVNE policies, practices, procedures, and coordination.
- Provide administrative call coverage for the Forensic Exam Program.
- Conduct and/or coordinate forensic exams and strangulation assessments as requested.
- Support forensic nurse coordination, training, documentation, and program development.
- Serve as a liaison between hospitals, law enforcement, prosecutors, victim advocacy programs, and partner agencies.
- Provide education and training to community partners on forensic exam services and best practices.
- Support program documentation, reporting, outcomes, and evaluation.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Must be willing to become certified as a SANE-A and DVNE.
- Experience working with sexual assault, domestic violence, forensic nursing, legal systems, law enforcement, or victim advocacy preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex and stressful situations with professionalism, flexibility, and care.
- Must successfully pass and maintain a favorable background check.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Center Support Specialist
Employment Type: Part-time, temporary
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week. Cardinal Point office hours are Monday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position will include Monday evening hours as needed.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Cardinal Point is seeking a Center Support Specialist to provide client service, administrative, program, and facility support for Cardinal Point Family Justice Center.
This position helps ensure individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, child abuse, elder abuse, and other forms of trauma are welcomed, supported, and connected to appropriate services in a safe and trauma-informed environment.
The Center Support Specialist may serve as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, assist with client check-in and service coordination, provide basic crisis support in-person or by telephone, support access to on-site and off-site partner agency services, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming client environment. This position also supports daily Center operations through administrative tasks, facility support, donation and clothing closet management, program assistance, and other duties as assigned.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome and guide clients, visitors, and support persons with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with client check-in, service coordination, and documentation as assigned.
- Provide basic crisis support within the scope of training and under appropriate supervision.
- Answer and route phone calls, monitor text line communication, and support front desk needs.
- Help maintain clean, safe, organized, and welcoming client spaces.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, record keeping, and supply tracking.
- Assist with donation sorting, clothing closet organization, client support items, and usage tracking.
- Support preparation for community meetings, trainings, events, donation drives, and special projects.
- Assist with Safe Watch and KEEP child support programming as assigned, including Monday evening hours as needed.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field; or 5 years of experience in related work.
- Previous professional experience with an OAG Certified or tribal domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking victim services program preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child abuse preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with individuals impacted by trauma in a calm, respectful, and trauma-informed manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate with professionalism, compassion, and sound judgment.
- Must successfully pass and maintain a favorable background check.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
