Client records and conversations are totally private and confidential and informed, written consent is required to release information. All records are kept locked with access limited to employees of Cardinal Point. These records and any information concerning you and/or your children (including location) will not be released without your informed written reasonably time limited consent except in the following instances: (1) there is known or suspected child abuse; (2) you are a harm to yourself or others; (3) medical emergency; or (4) a court of jurisdiction has ordered the records.
